LifeStyle New Construction Gas Piping Program

The benefits of gas are available wherever the homebuyer wants them or wherever new homes are built. As you make plans for your new home, or if you are a builder working on a new development, be sure to talk with us about the benefits of installing gas appliances. The following programs are offered by Florida Public Utilities:

LifeStyle

Includes: Interior fuel line piping, water heater venting, shut off valves, gas service outlets to water heater, dryer, range and all connections. 120 gallon leased tank (installed above ground), regulators, and connection to house (up to 15’). Pressure test and test light of all appliances.
Does not include permit, deposit or initial turn on fee.

LifeStyle Plus

Includes: Interior fuel line piping, water heater venting, shut off valves, gas service outlets to water heater, dryer, range and all connections. 120 gallon leased tank (installed underground), regulators, and gas connections to house (up to 75’ of underground gas service line.) Pressure test and test light of all appliances.
Does not include permit, electric bonding, deposit or initial turn on fee.

LifeStyle Plus 1

Includes: Interior fuel line piping, water heater venting, shut off valves, gas service outlets to the water heater, any combination of two other interior gas appliances, gas pool/spa heater and all connections. 250 gallon leased tank (installed underground), regulators, and gas connections to house (up to 75” of underground service line, including the pool/spa.) Pressure test and test light of all appliances.
Does not include permit, electric bonding, deposit or initial turn on fee.

LifeStyle Plus 2

Includes: Interior fuel line piping, water heater venting, shut off valves, gas service outlets to water heater, dryer, range, one additional interior outlet, outdoor grill, pool/spa heater and all connections. 250-gallon tank (installed underground), regulators, and gas connections to house (up to 100’ of underground service line.)
Does not include permit, electrical bonding, deposit or initial turn on fee.

LifeStyle Platinum

Includes: Interior fuel line piping, water heater venting, shut off valves, gas service outlets to water heater, dryer, Range, fireplace, grill, house mounted gas light, pool/spa heater and one additional interior outlet and all connections. 500-gallon tank (installed underground), regulators, and gas connections to house (up to 150’ of underground service line.)
Does not include permit, electrical bonding, deposit or initial turn on fee.

*The above package(s) is contingent upon completion of a Florida Public Utilities Propane Gas Service Agreement (with the homeowner) The program is based upon approximately 150’ of interior fuel line (or less) and is subject to change for custom work, change orders or unique circumstances and any permit fees required by local authorities.
