August 30, 2013—The new Propane Heat & Power Incentive Program offers up to $28,000 in financial incentives, and aims to encourage homeowners, businesses and relevant contractors to purchase and experience new-to-the-market propane-fueled technologies.

Sponsored by the Propane Education & Research Council (PERC), the program is available to qualifying and selected residential and commercial participants—and requires that participant share their experiences for research purposes.

Eligible propane-fueled products include premium generator sets, bedbug treatment and combined heat and power systems, with individual incentives reflected in the following:

  • $1,500—Kohler 6VSG
  • $1,500—Generac EcoGen 6KW
  • $5,000—Temp-Air EBB-40kW Trailer Package
  • $5,000—Marathon Ecopower
  • $5,000—Yanmar CP5WN
  • $10,000—Yanmar CP10WN
