    Contact your local municipality for the paperwork to submit for Utility Company approval. Submit written requests to FPU's Engineering Department via fax (Contact Us) or US Postal Service, and call Sunshine State One-Call of Florida more than 48 full business days prior to digging for a FREE utility line locate (800) 432-4770, (Remember it's the law!).

    Your Bill - Go to our web site www.fpuc.com, select payment options, and then select EZ Pay.  Once enrolled in EZ Pay, you will NOT receive a paper bill through the Postal Service. FPU can only process bills by paper or via on-line service, not both.
