August 20, 2013 – Florida Public Utilities (FPU) is in the process of moving from its existing office to 780 Amelia Island Parkway. Opening September 9th, FPU’s more “customer-friendly” location can be found west of 14th Street at the roundabout on Amelia Island Parkway and Airport Road.

The Company’s existing 8th Street location will be closed to customer traffic after September 6thand customers wishing to make walk-in payments will need to do so at 780 Amelia Island Parkway.

In addition to paying in-person at the utility, the Company offers electric and propane customers the following payment options:

  • By phone – 1.877.337.3145
  • By mail – (Checks should be sent to address shown on bill)
  • At WalMart – FPU’s nearest Partner Payment Center
