Energy for Life Construction Standards – Minimum efficiency
standards are designed to address specific climatic weather
conditions, local building codes and dominant construction
practices. Simply put. Energy for Life Homes exceed Local, State and
Federal energy performance guidelines. For the homeowner, this
means that the home will be more comfortable, will reduce energy
use (avg. 10% to 20% less), will cost less to operate, will
reduce environmental impacts and will be more valuable when the
time comes to sell the home. |
