Julia Petty
Director, Customer Relations

Julia serves as Director of Customer Relations for Florida Public Utilities. Her responsibilities include the Company's Customer Information System, training of customer service representatives, and working with the state of Florida's Public Service Commission.

Prior to joining the Company in 1999, Julia was Senior Manager for The Breakers, a 572-room luxury hotel in Palm Beach, Florida. Under Julia's direction, the establishment achieved its Mobil Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond ratings.

Julia attended Nova University's Hospitality Management Program in West Palm Beach, Florida. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Palm Beach County. Julia and her husband, Mike, reside in West Palm Beach, Florida.
