Jack English
President/ Chief Executive Officer

Jack English is President and Chief Executive Officer of Florida Public Utilities. He is the fifth President in the Company’s 82 year history.

English joined Florida Public Utilities in 1973 as Division Superintendent in the Company’s Northeast Division. He became Vice President in 1991, Senior Vice President in 1993, President and Chief Operating Officer in 1997. He assumed his current position in 1998. Since taking the helm of Florida Public Utilities, the Company has enjoyed an increase in annual revenues and customer growth.

A native of Long Island, New York, English received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
