General Manager, Northeast Division

P. Mark Cutshaw joined Florida Public Utilities as Director, Northwest Division in 1991. Mark is now General Manager, Northeast Division. Headquartered in Fernandina Beach, Florida, the Division provides electrical service to Amelia Island residents and propane service to residents in Nassau and Duval counties.

Mark was employed by Mississippi Power Company for nine years. Prior to leaving, he was the Manager, Technical Services in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

Mark attended Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama and graduated with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. Mark is a member of the Fernandina Beach Rotary Club. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Jackson County United Way, Jackson County Development Council, Enterprise Jackson County and is active in other civic and charitable activities. Mark and his wife Erin live in Fernandina Beach, Florida.
