Marketing Coordinator Provides sales and administrative support to the Field Sales Representative (FSR) team. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: answer inquiries of potential customers; qualify the needs of the customer; provide basic program information; determine which FSR territory a prospective customer falls into; compile the information necessary to prepare the FSR for site visits. Act as a sales liaison between Operations and the FSR team. Administrative duties are related to the creation of service orders, completion of the commission payment cycle and merchandising activities by entering data into Orcom and commission tracking spreadsheets. Maintains the merchandise display area – coordinates with Atchley’s and Operations for replacement floor merchandise. Energy Conservation Representative The Energy Conservation Representative is responsible for assisting customers with utilizing energy efficiency techniques. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Administer the FPU Residential, Commercial/Industrial and Energy Education Demand Side Management Programs effectively while ensuring annual and program goals are met in all programs. Develop and maintain relationships with architects, developers, builders, contractors and other trade allies as well as customers in order to support all FPU Demand Side Management Programs. Assist in the develop and implement the following types of advertising while ensuring program goals are achieved, FPSC guidelines are followed and maximum effectiveness is realized. Complete all required training and educational programs to ensure maximum effectiveness in the areas of residential home construction, commercial and industrial operations, Florida Solar Energy Center certifications, energy efficient construction techniques, FPU customer billing system and FPU rates, rules and tariffs. Administrative Assistant Major responsibilities include administrative assistance to the Corporate Services areas which include the Safety, Fleet Management and Energy Logistics Department. The majority of the work done by this position will be for the Director and the Safety Manager.
