Wayne C. Bonn
Director, Human Resources


As Director of Human Resources, Wayne has a broadly diversified background with over 20 years of progressive experience as both a manager and generalist for various multi-site business units, in both union and union-free environments.

Prior to joining Florida Public Utilities, he served in a variety of leadership positions with Integrated Pharmacy Solutions, a division of Aetna Health Care Systems, Harris Corporation, North Atlantic Industries and Unisys. In his current role, Wayne has overall Human Resources responsibility for Florida Public Utilities’ more than 300 employees statewide, including employment, employee relations, training, team-building, compensation and overall HR generalist support.

Wayne holds a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from the University of South Florida and an M.B.A. from the Florida Institute of Technology. Bonn and his wife, Melanie, have two children, Michelle and Chris, and reside in Central Florida.
