Pool Manager List

We will continually update the Approved List of Pool Managers information on this website. It is necessary to select a Pool Manager from this list in order to complete the enrollment to become part of FPU Commercial Customer Choice Program. Check back often to see the changes that may occur on this list.

Location

Florida Public Utilities Company distributes natural gas to customers in Palm Beach County in southeastern Florida and in Seminole County and Volusia County in central Florida.


Eligible customers

All commercial natural gas customers are eligible to participate in the Commercial Customer Choice Program. For detailed information on the rate schedules that will be available to customers, please download the Natural Gas Tariff and the Glossary of Terms.

Request for Enrollment Kit

Sales Service customers must complete a Request for Enrollment Kit in order to receive the necessary documents from FPUC to transition from sales service to transportation service.  An Enrollment Kit Consists of a:

  • Natural Gas Transportation Service Agreement (“NGTSA”)
  • Exhibit “A” to the NGTSA
  • Twelve Month Consumption History
  • FPUC List of Approved Pool Managers
  • FPUC Historical Purchased Gas Adjustment Data

Company will require Customer to provide Company with the NGTSA and Exhibit “A” no less than ten (10) Working Days prior to the 1st day of the month that customer desires to transition to transportation service. Customer is required to obtain Pool Manager’s signature on the Exhibit “A” prior to transmission to Company.

DDQ Change Request Form

Customer shall have the right to change their elected Daily Delivery Quantity  on the first day of any month. Company will require Customer to provide Company will a DDQ Change Request Form no less than ten (10) Working Days prior to the 1st day of the month of the requested change

Pool Manager Change Request Form

Customer shall have the right to change their elected Pool Manager on the first day of any month. Customer will be charged a $19.00 fee each time their Pool Manager is changed. Company will require Customer to provide Company with a Pool Manager Change Request Form no less than ten (10) Working Days prior to the 1st day of the month of the requested change. Customer is required to obtain Pool Manager’s signature on the Pool Manager Change Request Form prior to transmission to Company.

Request to Return to Regulated Sales Service

Customer shall have the right to return to regulated sales service on the first day of any month. Company will require Customer to provide Company will a Request to Return to Regulated Sales Service form no less than ten (10) Working Days prior to the 1st day of the month of the requested change.
