The Pool Managers listed below have executed a Pool Manager Agreement with Florida Public Utilities Company (“FPUC”) and met certain creditworthiness requirements as defined in FPUC’s Natural Gas Tariff. FPUC in no way endorses any particular Pool Manager and FPUC makes no claim as to the Pool Managers’ performance, operations, affiliations or any other aspect of their business. FPUC is not responsible for any actions or failure to perform by the below listed Pool Managers. FPUC does not maintain a list of Pool Manager prices or offers. The selection of a Pool Manager is purely the customer’s choice. As with any contractual relationship, we encourage our customers to use good business sense and to not enter into any contract that is not fully understood.
